Medical Receptionist Lotus People location Sydney. $32.43 per hour + super.

The company lotus People are thrilled to be working with a world-class and highly respected healthcare organisation who are passionate about providing quality patient care and are leaders in their field. Working alongside world-renowned doctors, you will work within their largest practice based in Chatswood, in a dynamic and really supportive team.

The role this three-month temporary Receptionist role will enable you to join a close-knit team of receptionists, who genuinely care about providing excellent customer service to patients and valuable administration support to doctors. This role will see you work full-time hours over rotating shifts, between 6:30am - 5:30pm.

The duties booking patient appointments and processing private and Medicare billings using Bluechip. Reception duties, greeting patients upon arrival. General administration support as required, both digital and paper-based. Handling patient enquiries and liaising with health professionals such as GPs and hospital staff as required.

The Ideal candidate this role will be well suited to a compassionate and dedicated candidate with excellent customer service and administration skills. You will be competent with technology and able to work at pace in a busy medical environment. You will always be eager to go above and beyond to both support patients and also the team of highly skilled doctors that you will work closely with. You will also be immediately available.
