About the business and the role westview Medical Centre is a large, busy, purpose built integrated medical centre. Our business hours are Monday to Friday with no late nights or weekends. We offer great working conditions within a very busy, supportive and dedicated team.

The successful applicant must be able to work under pressure, demonstrating excellent time management skills, while maintaining a high level of customer service skills. Be competent in computer/data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Have an excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written are essential.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to meet and Greet patients. Invoicing and collecting fees from patients. GP appointment book management. Patient enrolments and transfers. Answer incoming calls and deal with enquires. Administrative tasks as needed. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
