What you’ll be doing it’s an exciting time to join Meridian, as we drive a full evolution of our Retail business and look to step-change the way we deliver our two epic brands, Meridian and Powershop.

With your willingness to be bold, to innovate, push boundaries and drive performance, you’ll ensure we adopt and collectively deliver on a commercially robust multi-brand media strategy, helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Striking a balance between strategic and tactical delivery, you’ll craft and optimise media strategies Develop, execute, and refine data-driven media strategies and cohesive execution across our business. Serve as key media owner Align and engage with cross-functional teams to set strategy, define metrics, and drive ongoing learnings and enhancements at pace.

Enhance Media Performance Analyse full-funnel media performance to uncover insights and opportunities for growth and effectiveness. Strengthen Relationships Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to enhance performance and investment, ensuring seamless implementation and integration. Set Standards Build and adapt media guidelines, best practices and insights to ensure we lift internal capabilities and drive efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across squads.

What you’ll bring expertise in full media landscape, including attribution and or econometrics and a demonstrated ability to drive the application of commercial understanding across a business. Experience in digital marketing, technology, planning and analytics developed in-house or with a media partner. Proven track record in optimising budgets and achieving strong, measurable results​.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in media analytics​. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, coach and collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
