Marketing Executive and Office Administrator Kiwidotcom Training and Academic Institute location Auckland.

Kiwidotcom is seeking a Thai and/or Vietnam Marketing Executive and Office Administrator to work with our marketing, recruitment, and administration team, develop and execute marketing strategies, manage our brand, establish and consolidate key partner relations.

Our programmes include General & Academic English (6 levels), Preparation for High School (2 levels), NZCEL (L3), University Foundation Certificate (L4), Coffee Appreciation (L2), LCQ (L4), study tours, etc. delivered in Albany Auckland.

The role is based at our Albany campus. We are seeking a bright, passionate, energetic and smart team player to join our growing Kiwidotcom family. This role is an integral part of our operations and works closely with all members of the institute, students and staff alike. As such we are looking for a person with the skills and the personality that will fit well into our team.

The successful applicant will have passion for a high level of customer service, building and maintaining effective relationships. At least three years’ education recruitment and marketing experience. Proven experience developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing and recruitment strategies.

Well organized marketing and promotion strategy in New Zealand and overseas. Ability to liaise with agents professionally and efficiently. Determined to achieve set marketing targets. Knowledge on the use of social media and technology to market and promote the Institute’s courses and programmes.

Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.  Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.  Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed precisely and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Organise events as required and assistance with Special Projects. Assist staff and students to utilise faculty resources, equipment and assets effectively. Promote a professional, positive image of the Institute in all dealings with clients. Preferred exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual language ability.
