Marketing and Administration Assistant Ray White Tugun location Gold Coast.

What's the opportunity working alongside our sales support team this is a Monday - Friday position based out of our Tugun office & will focus on providing administrative support to our Operations Manager. Creating property & agency marketing paraphernalia. Maintaining & monitoring our existing client database. Assisting in the end-to-end sales & auction process. Copy writing & generating internal reports. General administrative & some front of house duties. We understand that you mightn’t tick all the boxes yet, but that’s what we’re here for - extensive training will be provided both in-house & online with our own team & the Australia’s #1 property network the Ray White Group.

What we’re looking for a motivated team player with a positive attitude. Enthusiasm & strong communication skills. The ability to prioritise & multitask. A keen eye for detail & basic computer skills.
