An exciting opportunity to join one of the most picturesque and unique marinas on Sydney Harbour, with a great career advancement opportunity under a new ownership.Surrounded by nature and stunning views, Roseville Marina is in the beautiful suburb of Roseville Chase on the Upper North Shore of Sydney and is approximately 11 KMs from Sydney CBD.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Marina Manager to oversee the daily operations of the marina facility and to be involved in implementing our exciting future vision for the Roseville Marina with the new ownership. The ideal candidate should have a good background in marina operations and be a very hands-on operator, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities manage all aspects of marina operations including berth leasing, site maintenance, administrative duties and maintaining great customer experience for the marina. Maintain a safe and secure environment for the marina customers and guests, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and environmental compliance.

Carry out facility maintenance, routine inspections, oversee repairs, and cleanliness standards. Respond to customer queries via email and phone on a timely manner. Develop and implement improved operational and maintenance procedures to enhance greater customer and guest experience. Foster positive relationships with our customers and promote a sense of community within the marina.

Qualifications previous experience in marina management. Sound knowledge of marina operations, safety regulations, and environmental best practices. Excellent customer service skills with focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Boat driving and handling skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Good computer skills is needed to conduct the necessary computerised tasks including providing quotations, emailing, record keeping, customer communications, etc. Training will be provided where needed.

Work schedule the busy period for the marina is from Wednesday to Sunday and therefore flexibility to work on weekends is needed. Workdays, hours and benefits are negotiable for the right candidate.
