As Manager for our In Home Nursing Service (also called Community Nursing) you will lead the strategic, operational and clinical delivery of In-Home Nursing Services (IHNS) to clients of all ages across Victoria. This role works closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that promote growth of the service, enhance profitability, and improve overall business performance.

The role:

Develop a sustainable business model including managing the P&L into profitability, identifying potential business opportunities and developing a business development strategy
Provide leadership and guidance to 3 direct reports, who in turn have nurses reporting to them
Ensure the In-Home Nursing Services operations comply with budgets, operational targets and annual objectives, and that we meet suitability, fitness and reporting under the Aged Care Act
Oversee systems for clinical escalation, restrictive practice authorisation, risk identification, incident management, compliance with clinical policies and continuous improvement
Lead implementation and monitoring of the Benetas Quality Care and Clinical Practice Framework
About You

Strong leadership skills and well-developed methods for guiding and developing others
Experience working with government funding and legislation (eg Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act)
Business experience such as risk management, budgets, P&L, KPI's and strategy implementation
Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Great communicator and collaborator to for strong relationships and growth opportunities with internal and external stakeholders
