Job description management Assistant (Executive Services), it starts with you, Based at Police National Head Quarters, Band D - Salary starting from $62,670, Permanent.

About the role the Management Assistant will contribute to the overall performance of the Police Executive by providing professional assistance and support with the day to day running of the Police Executive. This position will ensure the delivery of Our Business by enabling the Police Executive to carry out their strategic objectives successfully and efficiently. It will achieve this by providing high quality assistance, administration, and secretarial support and contribute to the efficient coordination and management of the activities within the Police Executive's office.

Key accountabilities when required is first point of contact at Police Executive Reception. Ensure public areas (e.g. Kitchen and Stationary Rooms) are kept tidy and well-stocked. Maintains technical proficiency and knowledge regarding information technology and management systems.

Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring specific projects as required. Prepares Excel documentation for research, analysis and presentation purposes including PowerPoint as required. Coordinates and facilitates functions, national and international travel and accommodation requirements and expense claims.

Skills and Knowledge 2+ years experience as a receptionist, concierge or Personal Assistant. Hold current drivers license and drive police vehicles to transport Executive members to and from meetings within business hours. Demonstrated track record of supporting executive and managing complex relationships. Experience in the Public Sector Environment.
