Legal Executive Position, Paino & Robinson, Solicitors, Upper Hutt. Paino and Robinson is a long established legal practice based in Upper Hutt. We serve clients not only from the Hutt Valley, but also from the wider Wellington region and beyond. A full time position has arisen in our firm for a qualified Legal Executive with a conveyancing administration background.

We are seeking a self motivated, independent hard worker who understands the importance of meeting clients’ requirements. This position is based in Upper Hutt and principally involves residential and commercial conveyancing, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney. A willingness to assist in all areas of legal practice is essential.

The successful applicant will have preferably Legal Executive Qualification or minimum of 5 years conveyancing experience. An ability to manage conveyancing files from opening to settlement including Landonline processes.

A good knowledge of the day to day operation of a legal office. Strong office organisation skills. Highly proficient computer literacy skills (Microsoft Word and Excel). Team player attitude. Sound interpersonal skills; and Good time management skills.
