Roles & responsibilities this position oversees the safety of all food production staff, the maintenance of the production facility, monitors standards delivered by all kitchen staff, provides overall kitchen supervision according to standard operating procedures and schedules and provides direct support in all food production matters as necessary. Perform duties with independence, operating from established directions and instructions. Decisions are made within general company policy constraints but often require independent decision making.

Essential functions/major responsibilities order supplies, food and ingredients based on schedule. Hire and train kitchen staff in specific stations, and cross-train as necessary. Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure there are always enough workers to meet production demand. Manage staff related matters; including staff integration, coaching/mentoring and performance management.

Maintain inventory levels and conduct full weekly inventory. Schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances. Coordinate with the management on menu changes and adjustments required. Respond personally to guest questions and complaints when necessary. Keep all the health standards in place and ensure that the kitchen is in compliance to the local industry rules and regulations.

Ensure safety and cleanliness in workplace according to the local industry regulations. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition. Work closely with all stake holders to ensure delivery-on-time fulfilment. Oversee safe and proper preparation and production of food items. Drive food quality assurance and process improvement. Manage the overall kitchen operations independently.

Job requirements 1 Year Experience in F&B. Ability to manage kitchen personnels. Ability to multi task and manage kitchen operations. Passionate in healthy eating.
