We are searching for a talented and self-driven designer with prior experience in a design role. You will be an integral part of a design and production team working with technical specialists to create miscellaneous trendy products like socks, reusable mugs, textile prints for baby wear for the Australian and New Zealand market. You should be comfortable in designing packaging artworks with die cuts for factories to follow. We will offer you great opportunity to grow in your field with exposure in different aspects of design. Requirements and skills liaising with design manager on product development, compiling  trend direction/ storyboarding  for client base and presentations, packaging approvals/adjustments according to style guides, research/development of exciting print designs for australian/global markets, creating production ready artwork (skill set illustrator/ photoshop), packaging approvals/adjustments according to style guides, tertiary qualification in fashion or graphic/textile design, creative with a strong colour/ visual sense, design experience in fashion/ textiles/ packaging, strong knowledge and proficiency in creative adobe suite (illustrator and photoshop), packaging experience, excellent organisational skills and time management, attention to detail, great communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with a “can do” attitude, for the right candidate we offer a competitive salary, a fantastic work environment and supportive team with benefits, the role is 3 days a week, we would like to hear from you if you feel that you fulfil the role criteria and are looking for an exciting new career shift and challenge.
