IT Systems Engineer Randstad Technologies location Melbourne, Eastern Suburbs. This is a great opportunity for a highly analytical System Engineer to be responsible for performing root-cause analysis, question why the same issues have been reoccurring, and implement suitable long-term solutions. This position is an initial 3 month contract based in Blackburn. Responsibilities identify problem / repeat issue areas, perform root-cause analysis, assist in filling outstanding ticket backlog, perform relevant fixes. Experience required extensive experience with azure active directory, extensive experience with exchange/outlook, extensive experience with office365, extensive experience with active directory / group policies, extensive experience with powershell scripting, extensive experience with windows server, extensive experience with windows 10, experience with servicenow (highly desirable), experience with proplus suite (highly desirable), experience with vmware (highly desirable). Desired skills tertiary education in a relevant field, ability to work both within a team or autonomously, impeccable written and verbal communication skills, highly collaborative and adaptable, strong problem solving and analytical skills, current drivers license and access to a car (required).
