IT Systems Administrator CMYKhub IT location Melbourne. CMYKhub is a family owned, trade only printing business, with a manufacturing footprint across Australia. CMYKhub, a growing Australian business, with a very strong technology base operates a small but highly skilled IT team who are integral to the success of CMYKhub. The role reporting to the group technology manager, the role will involve the installation, operation and maintenance of all internal company systems. You will operate and maintain highly secure, high performance and robust environments as well as managing the provision of support for production systems. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining the virtual and physical server environments, implement innovative, automated approaches for system administration tasks, ensure availability of internal infrastructure during normal and extended business hours, management and maintenance of backup and recovery plans and processes, this position will suit an experienced it professional who isn’t afraid to be hands on to get stuff done, you will be able to provide support from level 1 to 3, including desktop support. Daily activities assess tier 1, 2 and 3 technical problems across the organization to develop, appraise, and recommend solution, work with the it support technician to triage and prioritize help desk tickets, maintain relationships with several vendors to provide solutions including voip, mfps, isps, mdm, and physical security, as well as lead implementation and day to day internal management in these areas, maintain 6 national office locations networks including tasks related to but not limited to firewalls, dhcp, dns, wireless access points (waps), maintain software licenses and monitor activities related to software licensing and usage. Your profile experience in a similar role within a medium sized company is ideal, with the following criteria, bachelor degree +3 years relevant experience or 8 years relevant experience or master's degree +1 year relevant experience, proven experience in successful implementation of technology and systems solutions within complex business projects, operational, maintenance and development of company lan, including server hardware, operating systems and network administration tools, extensive knowledge of microsoft servers and desktop environments, including windows 2012/16, active directory, iis, and exchange, hyper v, azure exposure, experience with voip, mfps, isps, mdm technologies, strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
