Responsibilities include it systems and server administration, research, design, analysis and implementation of technical solutions, development and quality control responsibility for system technical solutions, provide technical assistance on projects throughout the environment, monitoring the ongoing operation of the backup systems and provide utilisation reports to identify problems and corrective actions needed, troubleshooting, desktop operating systems and applications. Required Skills & Experience 3 - 5 years of experience as an it systems administrator – server administration, office 365 administration experience, exchange online & exchange 2013 experience, 3rd level support experience with windows 2008/2012/2016, remote desktop and iis servers, strong understanding of backup products, experience of sans and virtualised environments (vmware, microsoft etc.), experience working with cisco (firewalls, routers, switches) - solid understanding of ip networking, core switching and routing, some knowledge of azure ad/ad sync, point of sale application experience - advantageous only, documentation skills, an understanding of contemporary governance frameworks and standards, passionate about it and technology, relevant industry certifications.
