Flexible Working Hours working a minimum of three days per week. Fast growing IT business in Sydney’s North West is looking for experienced IT generalists with a relaxed and helpful outlook to work and a strong customer service focus. The objective of the position is to provide friendly and technical first level (and some second level) IT support to our customers.

The position provides very accommodating flexibility around your working hours and would suit someone looking for a more relaxed working environment that provides a healthy work/life balance where you would work around 24-30 hours a week.

Duties and responsibilities responding to incoming support requests either by phone or email, triage issues and either resolve or escalate within your team using Service NOW. Ensure that a professional and high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Assist other team members to close requests and follow up 3rd parties and customers. Track your activities and time in ServiceNOW. Visits to customers’ sites or CustomTec data centres may be required and assisting the projects team to deliver solutions to our customers.

We are seeking an individual with knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server and Workstation environments. Great customer service attitude and experience. Reliable and pleasant disposition. Flexible and professional attitude and willingness to assist wherever required.

A current Australian Driver’s License. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
