IT Support Analyst Harvey Nash location Sydney. Up to $80k - $90K plus super

IT Support Analyst, Hybrid – 4 days from Home, Sydney CBD Location, up to $80k - $90K plus super (depends on experience). Harvey Nash are proud to partner with an expanding health care organisation who offer excellent training, great culture and very flexible work environment.

What you will be doing level 1, 2 and 3 support. Application support (running on AWS & SQL). First Point of contact for all tech enquires. General troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues.

What you need experience in support applications ideally running on SQL & AWS. (Full training provided). Candidates with Radiology application support experience or other healthcare applications would be HIGHLY desirable. General experience in the support of Microsoft core services, including Exchange, Office 365 including Teams, Azure AD, Active Directory etc. Windows server. General networking i.e - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP etc.
