About the Role

Grampians Health is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Service Desk Operator to join the IT team at our Stawell campus. This fully onsite role supports a busy healthcare environment across regional Victoria by providing high-quality IT assistance while helping build strong local connections across the organisation and community.

If you are someone with experience in a fast-paced IT support or MSP environment, who can confidently manage high volumes of calls and tickets while delivering excellent customer service we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests for the campus
Act as the first point of contact receiving and managing incoming calls and tickets.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels
Manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced service desk environment
Provide onsite support when required, assisting field technicians with device setup, troubleshooting and deployments
Escalate more complex issues when required and contribute to continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

Experience working in a fast-paced IT support or MSP environment
Strong ability to manage high call volumes and ticket queues effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to incident resolution
Experience working with ITSM tools and following support processes
A proactive, adaptable, team-oriented approach
Willingness to support onsite activities and work closely with field technicians when needed
Willingness to be based in regional Victoria – a few hours west of Melbourne and support a local community through meaningful, onsite service delivery.
