IT Application Support Charterhouse location Sydney, CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Salary 80/90k + bonus. The purpose of the role is to manage the day to day operations of the IT functions as well as development of quick fixes, ensuring efficient operations and proactive management of incidents/requests across the Group business systems. Responsibilities working on it ticket requests and incidents, as well as providing operations support overnight and weekends on a roster, demonstrating high levels of communication and support to business stakeholders in order to maintain business confidence in application support, ensuring availability across all it critical services meets or exceeds agreed service levels, producing operational documentation where a gap in documentation is identified in order to reduce key point dependencies, some development coding might be involved for quick fixes, enhancements and new system features to support the operations of the business. Skills experience working with sql, .net, c#, cloud case preferred, proven working experience in providing application support or development experience, strong client-facing and communication skills, advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, willing to be rostered on overnight/weekend support, flexible, motivated and passionate about customers.
