The Role: Industrial Planner (TMLO)

Join our team as an Industrial Planner, responsible for coordinating production and repair activities to meet demand. You’ll oversee planning performance, optimise resources, uphold HSE standards, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage production and repair plans within your scope.
Define planning standards, ensure data accuracy, and optimise ERP planning settings.
Monitor stock levels and adjust plans to balance demand, capacity, and industrial constraints.
Optimise resource utilisation across people, equipment, and subcontractors.
Support the Master Planner and APRU Manager in building and executing the Production & Repair Plan.
Analyse workload/capacity and implement solutions for short-term disruptions.
Track industrial cycles and maintain accurate ERP updates.

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, PLM, and industrial information systems.
Solid understanding of supply chain flows, master scheduling, and manufacturing/repair processes.
Experience with Just-in-Time and continuous improvement tools (5S, Gemba, PDCA).
Confident using digital tools and dashboards for analysis and decision support.
Excellent communicator with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Demonstrated rigour and ability to work effectively without direct people management.
