ICT Customer Support Technician Harddrive Systems Ltd location Auckland.
This role is a challenging and demanding one and will require the successful applicant to be able to take over all aspects of providing IT support and maintaining high customer service standards. We are looking for a technician that can work well under pressure, exceptional communication skills, troubleshoot problems and looking for long term employment
We are looking for someone with a relevant tertiary qualification and 2 years + work experience in similar positions. Proven knowledge in providing solutions to all different types of software and hardware issues. Excellent customer focused communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
