Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced HR Driver for our transport client located in Cardiff (Newcastle area)

The important parts:

Ongoing day shift work (6–8 hour shifts)
Start times between 7:30am – 9:00am
Competitive pay rate of $40+ per hour
Temp to perm opportunity for the right

What you will be required to do:

Palletising and securing loads
Strapping and ensuring freight is safely secured
Understanding and applying load restraint requirements
General transport and delivery duties
Maintaining safety and compliance at all times
To be successful in the role you will:

Valid HR Licence
Strong understanding of load restraint practices
Experience with palletising and strapping
Dangerous Goods (DG) awareness
Ability to drive a Road Ranger gearbox (highly desirable)
Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
