Job summary the hr executive will need to provide timely and efficient hr operational and administrative support to assigned business units, covering full spectrum of HR functions. Job responsibilities regular employee engagements from division head to rank-and-file employees, manage the entire recruitment & selection and off-boarding cycle, with a participatory role in conducting interviews and working out salary proposal, review hr workflows and processes as and when required with a view to stream-line for greater efficiency and productivity, handle employees enquiries on staff benefits and schemes, employment certification, etc, assist in ad-hoc duties when assigned. Requirements degree/diploma in hrm or any equivalents, good interpersonal skills and works well in a team, good oral and written communication skills, a hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven, mature and able to work independently.
