Role purpose as our Hospitality Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of both Menangle Country Club and Trackside Menangle. This role is central to managing all aspects of facilities, security, food and beverage service, and sales. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example and inspire a team to consistently deliver high-quality service.

In this role you will be responsible for the following build, develop, and train a capable workforce to deliver quality, safe food and beverage service to our customers. Liaise with the HR Manager for recruitment requirements, induction, and performance management. Assist with rostering requirements and coordination of staff.

Manage and develop Duty Managers to ensure compliance with all their assigned duties, policies, and procedures including opening and closing procedures. Oversee stocktaking procedure for wastage minimisation.

Ensure gaming and license standards, including RSA/RCG are maintained and systems and processes are followed within legislative guidelines. Design beverage menus and pricing for the organisation, including functions and evens and different beverage preferences.

Skills and Experience 5+ years experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role. Previous experience in the industry preferred. Extensive customer service experience. Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures. Team management skills. Strong organisation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Availability to work in shifts including weekends.
