Graduate Lending Cultivate location Auckland.

This is a really interesting role where you will be dealing with lending queries in relation to personal or business lending. On a day to day basis, your role will have a good mix of inbound calls or emails (approx. 60 - 80 engagements per day) and some outbound calls where you may need to gain further customer or business information.

Queries vary from statement requests, settlement quotes, updating details, processing payments or general transactional lending queries. KPI’s are measured on call quality, call resolution and following compliance and regulatory processes.

To be successful, you will need previous customer services experience – call centre, customer services or retail OR you may be graduating soon with a interest in, or finance related degree. Confident conversational skills – both over the phone and in writing. Team player who is flexible, supportive and has initiative. Clear credit check and MOJ.
