We are looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team, We need someone that is currently in Singapore.
Job description- key tasks prepare, cook and present food as per restaurant standards. Supervise Commis Chefs ensuring they are fully trained and understand their duties. Ensure kitchen stock is rotated and controlled. Order, check in delivered stock and ensure its safe storage. Ensure the kitchen cleaning schedule is adhered to maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu and specials and be able to explain dish.
