About The Bakers cottage we're The Bakers Cottage, born in 1907 as Connons Bakeries. Over 100 years later, we're still on the fantastic New Bond Street, right outside the CBD.

We are open seven days a week, serving families, office workers, industry workers, students and even policemen—a wide range of options from coffee, salads, rolls, pies, cakes, donuts and many more. We are a big, friendly team passionate about serving Auckland's freshest and most delicious coffee and food.

About you, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic full-time FOH and Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be greeting customers, operating the till system, making coffee and serving food alongside a warm and friendly team - providing excellent customer service. We are more than happy to provide advanced training for the right candidates.

What we are looking for have excellent customer service skills. At least two years of coffee-making experience. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Ability to communicate and work well as a team. Enthusiastic, friendly and positive in the workplace. Passion for customer service, food and coffee. Must be available to work on the weekends.
