The opportunity reporting into an impressive CFO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting for the NZ business, partner with Clinic leaders and lead the group FP&A cycle.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to preparation of monthly NZ management accounts and Group consolidated accounts, Board reports, and annual group budgets for review. Ongoing review and update of performance vs budget with the Clinic Management Group (CMG).

Preparation and update of rolling forecasts (including cashflow). Preparation of annual statutory financial accounts including full notes and disclosures. Support Clinic Managers in the development of business plans for their Clinics, challenging assumptions and assessing risk.Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 accounting professionals. Support the CFO in the modelling of activity, income and expenditure in relation to business case development and funding proposals.

Your profile CA/CPA or equivalent qualified professional, preferably trained in a CA firm, with 7+ years experience. Experience in leading a team is desirable. Proven experience delivering a robust month end process.
