About us work-Rite Ltd is New Zealand’s leading insurance investigations and services companies. Since entering the market in 2018 Work-Rite Ltd has experienced consistent growth and we are the primary external investigation company for NZ’s most prominent and well respected insurance companies.

Work-Rite Ltd now has an opportunity for an experienced and proactive investigator to join our team, in Auckland. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven individual to join our expanding investigations team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years previous investigation and/or general insurance experience.

About you are you a self-starter, passionate about using your investigative / people skills to make a difference. Do you have a curious disposition and the tenacity and drive to produce results.

Our ideal Candidate will previous experience in a relevant field such as criminal justice, insurance or risk management. Proven experience in fraud risk management and/or claims investigations within the general insurance industry. Strong knowledge of fraud detection techniques, tools, and methodologies.

Excellent analytical and investigative skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with people from all walks of life. Ability to work independently, with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. Be well organised and possess excellent time management skills. Be results orientated.

Other requirements applicants must either hold a current NZ Private Investigator License or be willing to obtain their PI License / COA. Must have your own vehicle and current full New Zealand Class 1 driver license. No previous criminal history. The Nuts & Bolts This is a permanent full time salaried position.

Due to the nature of work we do, some level of flexibility of hours will be necessary, which may include some weekend / afterhours work. Tools and benefits will be discussed with the successful applicants.
