F and B Souvenir products Manager location Newton / Novena, Central. Job Type Full-Time. Overall description to source for unique & relevant merchandise for cafes, to manage the inventory and provide logistical support, plan & promote the sales of souvenirs in collaboration with operation team and mktg, dept, possess strong negotiation skills and able to multi-task, able to visualize and implement impactful displays of products, keep abreast of competition and latest market development, generate sales report, merchandise movement tracking. Qualifications degree in marketing, merchandising, business or equivalent. min. 4 yrs. merchandise sourcing / buying experience ( f&b and fmcg industry preferred) have good anaytical skills and creative nature, able to work independantly in a fast paced environment.
