We are a major provider of performing art productions to professional theaters and concert halls across Asia-Pacific, ranging from orchestra, choir and chamber music concerts to dance, opera and theater performances. About the role we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events & marketing coordinator to join our, professional and dynamic team to help us deliver premium events throughout the year. This is a hands-on role responsible for the concept development, marketing activity and delivery of our events. This role will suite someone with events or marketing experience, candidates of all levels will be considered, salary is negotiable for the right candidate. Skills and experience reporting to the Executive Director, your role as the Events and Marketing Coordinator will be although not limited to marketing support functions such as production and distribution of marketing materials, executing different campaigns, administration and coordination of all events from start to finish, prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts, participate in budget development and support budget management, social media management, collaborate with external agencies and vendors, customer support function - social media, email, phone, oversee external contractors. About you someone with 1-2 years + experience in events and marketing, fluent in both english and chinese – essential, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with external agencies, attention to detail, advanced knowledge of microsoft office suite, punctuality, reliability and ability to work unsupervised, a 'can do' attitude.
