The opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in leading enterprise architecture engagements across complex transformation programs. Experience within the Enterprise and Solutions Continuum is essential. You’ll help clients navigate the complexities of enterprise architecture or solution architecture, maintaining alignment between business strategy and technology strategy.
This is a hybrid role based in Australia, based in Meanjin – Brisbane (We are also open for Sydney and Melbourne). You’ll join a high-performing team focused on delivering strategic architecture solutions across industries, helping clients improving their technology landscape and achieve operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities
Architect for change: Lead the design for the enterprise and model the architecture views required to support business transformation viewpoints, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and strategic goals.
Transition planning: Review and validate architecture plateaus or horizons and enable transition patterns (e.g. redeploy, clone, data extract) across application domains, ensuring suitability and feasibility. Whilst also considering impacts to other architecture domain such as data, cyber security, infrastructure amongst others.
Capability alignment: Rationalise business processes and model technology services to support business capabilities, enabling seamless integration or separation.
Stakeholder engagement: Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to confirm transition plans, integration points, and readiness across business and IT.
Dependency management: Identify and manage architecture domain dependencies, including shared services, identity platforms, and integration layers.
Governance and risk: Maintain compliance with architectural standards, manage risks, and escalate issues to governance bodies as required.
Scheduling and delivery: Develop and maintain detailed schedules that account for technical constraints, transitional service agreements (TSAs), and business readiness.
Skills And attributes for success
Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise- solutions across complex environments.Mergers or acquisitions experience is desirable.
Deep knowledge of Solution Architecture methods to support outcomes in design, integration, cloud and applications is desirable.
Ability to facilitate prioritisation discussions and decisions, influence across business units, present to senior stakeholders, and lead architecture teams.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and essential service environments.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as Zachman, TOGAF, EA maturity models, modelling languages such as ArchiMate and governance structures.
Ability to lead teams and contribute to strategic decision-making across business and technology domains.

A passion for solving complex business challenges through technology.
Experience in M&A or large-scale transformation programs involving IT separation or integration.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire collaboration and accountability.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary which is open to negotiation pending on skills and experience.
