Enrolment Administration Officer Open Polytechnic location Wellington.
About the role the Enrolments Section is now looking for two Enrolment Administration Officer superstars to join our busy and collaborative team. This role is permanent fulltime, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the option to work off-site Mondays and Fridays (once fully trained). Overtime may be required during peak workloads (January to March, and June to July).
This is a data entry heavy role that is responsible for managing inbound service requests. Providing efficient and effective enrolment services for new and existing students. Maintaining and updating data information systems accurately.

You will have a good practical understanding of student management systems or a similar database. Have a sound oral and written communication skills. Have a commitment to excellence in customer service. Have a high level of productivity and accuracy with data entry. Be solutions-focused.
