We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee electrical installations on-site. Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for safety and quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities supervise and manage day-to-day activities of electrical projects on-site. Coordinate and schedule electrical installations, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Lead, train, and mentor electrical technicians and apprentices. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work quality. Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to address any concerns or changes in scope. Manage materials and resources, ensuring that they are available and used efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site. Maintain accurate records and documentation of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. NSW Electrical Contractors License. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license.
