This is a full-time contract opportunity until January 2026 – potential contract extension, located in Oatlands NSW. Starting base hourly rate $37 to $55.96 negotiable based on experience & qualifications, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options. Leave benefits included. This service operates in the school term and school holidays are paid.

What you’ll be doing:

Foster warm, respectful relationships that help children flourish — emotionally, socially and intellectually.
Create vibrant, play-based learning environments that celebrate diversity, creativity and discovery.
Partner with families to support each child’s unique journey.
Lead by example — guiding and supporting educators to bring out the best in each other and the children in their care.
Contribute to a service that values reflection, quality, and continuous improvement.
Supporting children with school readiness and transition to school statements.
Your Qualifications & Experience

A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
2 to 3 years’ experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher/Room Leader
Child protection experience
Current first aid, NSW WWCC and National Police Check
A deep commitment to inclusive, strengths-based practice
An ability to build genuine, lasting connections with children, families, and colleagues
