About the Role ALPA is seeking passionate & enthusiastic retailer couples to manage the successful operation of our Supermarket store in Gunbalanya and train and mentor local team members from the community. This position is based in Gunbalanya, a remote Aboriginal community in Arnhem Land, Northern Territory.

Candidates must be residing in Australia at the time of application what’s in it for you accommodation + all utility bills included. Relocation assistance. 7 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading. 13.5% superannuation. Mobile phone allowance.

2 return flights p.a. to Darwin to utilise leave. Opportunity to make a positive impact on in our Aboriginal communities. A dedicated and passionate Retail Team. Ability to Salary Package up to $15,900PA with additional Meal and Entertainment options.
