Job Summary:
Our Group Digital Marketing team is growing and we have an open vacancy for a Group Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.
The primary responsibility of this position is to support the development and implementation of the HUB24 Group Digital Marketing Strategy. This role plays a key part in delivering digital initiatives, enhancing campaign performance, and supporting growth across all brands.
Responsibilities:
Deliver digital marketing initiatives aligned with business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and speed-to-market.
Drive and optimise digital campaigns using a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Enhance lead acquisition by refining digital funnels and applying CRO best practices across HUB24 Group brands.
Manage and maintain website content and landing pages to ensure a high-performing digital experience.
Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid media execution, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
Manage campaign budgets and performance targets to maximise ROI and meet strategic goals.
Coordinate content, creative, and media across channels in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor digital trends and identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve campaign performance.
Analyse digital performance data and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting tools.
Partner closely with internal teams and external partners (website maintenance suppliers and digital marketing agency) to ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in dedicated digital marketing roles; experience in SaaS and Fintech is highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience delivering digital initiatives or campaigns that drive performance outcomes within SaaS, B2B, or financial services environments.
Proven experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, and managing websites through content management systems (CMS).
Strong working knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, along with marketing analytics tools.
Proficient in analysing digital performance data and turning insights into actionable campaign improvements.
Demonstrated experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance lead quality and improve ROI.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
