With the child’s voice at the centre, we provide quality services to children and their caregivers in every state and territory, and across regions, remote areas and capital cities. From our programs to our support services - this is the place to realise your purpose.

A place to make a difference:

Conducting thorough gendered analysis of risk and needs assessments, within a trauma informed case management framework
Developing strong networks and referral pathways to support desired outcomes
Collecting and recording information for the purpose of accountability, evaluation, and reporting

A place to feel valued:

Your deep expertise and thorough understanding of the impact of domestic violence on women and children and ability to apply that within a trauma-informed practice framework will be invaluable. Knowledge of best practice, professional standards, and relevant research in the field of domestic and family violence
Demonstrated understanding of the ways in which cultural contexts influence practice approaches
Current valid driver’s license
A Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology or relevant Human Services Qualification and/or significant experience working in a similar service

It is a genuine requirement of this position that it be filled by a woman as permitted in sections 25, 104 and 105 of the Anti-Discrimination Act, 1991.
