The role build out laptops & install software and troubleshoot. Confirm all laptops have the OV VPN client installed and configured successfully. Remediate where required. Confirm all desktop users have been provided with instructions and relevant software to install on a Home PC – where available. Confirm that all users have been able to successfully access required OV systems remotely. Provide regular tracking and updating of a master status spreadsheet. This may also include documenting install instructions and phone support to home-based users.
