About you

You're a customer-focused and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced support environment. You enjoy solving problems, managing competing priorities and building strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. With excellent communication skills and a proactive approach, you're committed to delivering high-quality service and supporting positive outcomes for both internal and external customers.

You'll also

Bring strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience supporting contractors, workforce administration or compliance processes will be highly regarded.
