Delivery Driver or Personal shopper New World location.

If you enjoy shopping and looking after customer needs, this could be the job for you. New World Papatoetoe is looking to appoint a new Delivery driver/Personal shopper to our friendly team. The role is for someone who is accomplished, reliable and dedicated to exceeding customer’s expectations and demands for high quality products. We are looking for a Customer Service star, with a clean FULL Drivers License and attention to detail, with a desire to work in an interesting and fast paced environment.

Key tasks are shopping instore to complete customer orders. Picking and selecting only the best quality products. Ensuring customer requests are met. Working to strict time-frames for order completion. Adhering to Food and Health & Safety criteria. Responsibility for working individually and taking sole ownership of orders. Required to be physically fit. Competent with road navigation.

You will need to exhibit proven capability and previous experience of commitment to maintaining high standards, providing excellent communication, quality customer service skills, competent in computer skills and working confidently in a team environment. Determination to work hard and the attitude to succeed in our extremely busy store are a must. Traits we will be seeking are attention to detail, punctuality, flexibility, honesty and reliability.
