Description

THE WORK: We’re looking for someone who loves keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. In this delivery-focused role, you’ll support teams with methodology, tools, and templates, keep project schedules tight, and help manage financials from proposal through to completion. You’ll track deliverables, maintain forecasts and reporting, and make sure timelines, risks, and status updates stay on point. You’ll also work closely with internal teams and clients, so strong communication and the ability to coordinate across functions will really set you up for success.

Ideally you have a background supporting large mining and resourcing clients.

Location - Perth based

Essential: current and full Australian work rights.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Methodology

Support the delivery teams in relation to methodology, how to, tools, templates etc

Maintain deliverables matrixes for projects and arrange QA for deliverables as required

Project Financials

Create project schedules, with full dependency linking, critical path analysis and resource balancing

Baseline and track deviation through approved change control.

Provide timelines and workplans for the Program/Project Manager to use for day to-day management of the program of works and to communication to the stakeholders and sponsors.

Customer Lead Teams

Support the lifecycle of the projects

Interface to respective functions – BackOffice, Work Force Planning etc

Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface with Internal Accenture functions and external clients

Bonus Skills

Delivery operations or project controls experience

Risk management capability

Stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams

Exposure to change management approaches.
