About the role

We are now looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will play an integral part in the delivery of exceptional customer service and improving customer experience across all aspects of the business.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including in-person, phone, live chat, and email, ensuring a professional and friendly experience for all internal and external stakeholders
Efficiently navigating and utilising various system platforms to support customer service operations
Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
Collaborating with team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Performing administration and planning tasks as required

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, effectively supporting a diverse range of stakeholders
Experience with various system platforms is highly valued
Excellent communication and administrative skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to establish strong professional relationships
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
