Customer Support Salt location Auckland.
From the manager, to the team, you will be working with a solid bunch of people who are people-centric and meticulous. You will be flexible working Monday through to Sunday (won't be working over 5 consecutive days, it will be a 40-hour week) in a newly created internal COVID Support team. The role supporting with queries (over 2000 people on-site). Working closely with the internal clinic to book appointments. Monitoring all potential covid cases and ensuring process is followed. Managing email queries - MUST be process driven and extremely meticulous.
You will be immediately available and flexible with working a rostered shift (including night shift - not more than once per month - need be OK with weekend work), have a great eye for detail, can think of your feet and comfortable being in a phone based role. Great to earn some money with the Summer period coming up.
