Based in West Auckland, Grinding Gear Games is searching for full time Customer Support staff to handle a wide variety of customer service-related tasks.

Location: On-site in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand. Full time position - 40 hours a week.

Key responsibilities include moderating in-game chat and our forums. Assisting customers via email, private message, and live chat.
