Description

At Pulse Software, we’re on a mission to improve employee engagement and experience for our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Customer Success Representative to join our Sales Team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

About the Role
This role is focused on outbound customer engagement. You’ll be connecting with our existing customers to check in on their experience, monitor their health, and ensure they’re getting the most out of the Pulse platform.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Sales to identify at-risk accounts, surface growth opportunities, and deliver a consistent, value-led customer experience across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outbound check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, platform usage, and overall engagement.

Monitor customer health indicators and identify early warning signs of disengagement or churn.

Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to escalate issues or support expansion opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers between major account touchpoints.

Gather feedback and insights to help drive product and service improvements.

About You
You’re a natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills.

You enjoy helping others succeed and take pride in being proactive.

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.

Experience in a SaaS or customer-facing B2B role is a plus—but not essential.

You’re comfortable using CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and engagement tools.
