Customer Stakeholder Advisor Department of Customer Service location Sydney. $97443 - $107864 p.a. + Superannuation.

We have several exciting opportunities for experienced Customer Stakeholder Advisor experts to join us at NSW Telco Authority. You will provide quality customer service and support with onboarding, new product development and service offerings. You will be utilising your stakeholder engagement skills to be the facilitators of customer solutions and provide ongoing support to account managers. You will Identify opportunities to add value and demonstrate how business product or service offerings effectively assist customers to meet their day to day operational needs.

You will facilitate strong working relationships by building trust, provide consistent and reliable experiences for customers to improve overall satisfaction. You will be busy collaborating with industry specialists to maintain a strong awareness of developments and new product offerings to provide advice on opportunities for new product and service offerings.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong customer service focus, with experience in stakeholder engagement within a similar environment. Experience in a customer orientated role providing high level service. Strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to foster effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability in managing conflicting priorities and a strong negotiator with the ability to influence outcomes.
