In a close-knit team of 7, you will work closely with existing business customers in relation to product orders. This will include but not be limited to provide quotes and process customer orders for merchants, tradespeople and end customers. Effectively coordinate processes with internal staff, warehouse and freight companies to ensure orders are delivered efficiently with no delays. Respond to technical enquiries and recommend possible solutions. Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded by processing orders within given timeframes. Assist with sales promotions or attend trade or customer events when required.
