Customer Services Administrator Community Energy Action Trust location Canterbury. Salary $40,000 - $44,999.

Community Energy Action Charitable Trust (CEA) is a leading New Zealand energy efficiency Trust based in Christchurch with a focus on the development of low-income residential energy efficiency. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Services Team. This role is 37.5 hour per week for 12 months (fixed-term, parental leave cover). As a Customer Services Administrator you will provide professional customer service over the phone, be an empathetic listener and have a genuine desire to help people.

To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Be proactive and professional in your approach to work. Have excellent time management and administration skills. Be a team player with the ability to collaborate with others and work independently. Actively follow business guidelines and processes while seeking continuous process improvements. Be a competent user of Microsoft Office Programmes and have high data entry accuracy. Have great attention to detail with a systematic and methodical approach. Have the ability to learn and apply new skills. Applicants for this position must be entitled to work in NZ.
