The opportunity based in Bayswater this role as a Customer Service Specialist will be working in a retail team where you will be responsible for customer service in store, on the phone, web or email. You will work a Monday to Friday roster.

The ideal candidate will be an individual that is compassionate, driven and highly versatile. You will be hands on and have outstanding problem-solving skills. You will be able to multitask and ensure customers receive an exceptional end to end experience. You will have strong administration skills as you will be dealing financial components including invoicing and processing of accounts.

What do we need someone who creates an awesome customer experience each and every time- You establish customers’ needs quickly and efficiently. Compassion- an ability to work with individuals of all ages and someone who is dedicated to improving the lives of people in our community who need our services.

A sales expert- someone who drives sales but with a solution. Your ability to provide an outstanding customer experience will be second to none. An ability to manage sales opportunities across different platforms, instore, online or on the phone. You should be able to switch from one platform to the next quickly.

The ability to raise quotes- and convert quotes to sales and organise deliveries for customer/clients’ orders. Experience in providing exceptional customer service. Understanding of the aged care/health and disability sector (would be highly regarded). Proven ability to build strong relationships not only with your team but with the greater community.
