Customer Service Representative Beaumont People location Sydney.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution. Maintaining accurate records and databases. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. Providing information and guidance on government services and programs.
Requirements previous experience in a similar role (customer service, administration, or project coordination) is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using computer applications and software relevant to the position.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing work priorities. Government experience is desirable but not essential.
